Hello and welcome! I'm an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Mathematical and Computational Engineering of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC) in Santiago. My research interests lie primarily in the intersection of wave phenomena, scientific computing, integral equations, high-order PDE solvers, and numerical analysis.

Before joining PUC, I held an Applied Mathematics Instructor position in the Department of Mathematics at MIT. I got a Ph.D. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Caltech in 2016, working with Prof. Oscar Bruno. Before moving to Caltech, I received a master's in Engineering Sciences and a bachelor's in Mathematical Engineering, both from PUC. More information is available in my CV.

I am currently seeking highly motivated graduate and undergraduate students who want to pursue research in applied mathematics. If you're one, and you're interested in my research, please do not hesitate to contact me.
